Welcome to Home Refinement Hub. By requesting an estimate, approving a proposal, booking a service, or allowing our team to perform work at your property, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms help define responsibilities, timelines, payments, and service expectations so each project can be completed smoothly and professionally.
1. Estimates
All quotations are prepared using the information available during consultation, measurements, customer descriptions, photos, or site visits. Unless otherwise noted, quotes remain valid for 30 days from the date issued. After that time, pricing may change due to labor rates, supplier increases, transportation costs, taxes, or product availability.
2. Approval & Scheduling
Projects are scheduled only after written approval of the proposal and receipt of any required deposit. Verbal approvals or informal messages do not guarantee calendar placement, crew availability, or reserved materials.
3. Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be requested for custom materials, project preparation, large jobs, or advance purchasing. Multi-phase projects may require progress payments at agreed milestones. Remaining balances are due upon substantial completion unless another written payment schedule has been approved.
4. Scope Of Work
Only the services specifically listed in the approved estimate are included in the quoted price. Additional requests, upgrades, hidden repairs, redesign changes, code corrections, or disposal services may require a revised quote, additional fees, and more time.
5. Property Access
The customer agrees to provide reasonable access to work areas, active utilities when needed, and safe working conditions. Pets should be secured, and valuables or fragile items should be removed from active job zones before work begins.
6. Scheduling Delays
Estimated start and completion dates are approximate. Delays may happen because of weather, emergencies, permit processing, inspections, supplier shortages, concealed site conditions, or customer-requested changes. Home Refinement Hub will communicate schedule updates whenever practical.
7. Materials & Products
If selected materials become unavailable, comparable alternatives may be recommended for customer approval. Customer-supplied products are installed at the customer’s risk regarding fit, compatibility, defects, missing components, delivery delays, or warranty restrictions.
8. Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our workmanship for the warranty period listed in your agreement. Coverage applies to defects caused directly by our labor. It does not cover misuse, accidental damage, neglect, lack of maintenance, normal wear, severe weather, or manufacturer product failures.
9. Existing Conditions
Home Refinement Hub is not responsible for hidden conditions that were not reasonably visible before work started, including mold, pest damage, water intrusion, structural weakness, outdated wiring, plumbing leaks, or previous non-compliant installations.
10. Cancellations
If a project is cancelled after approval, charges may apply for planning time, ordered materials, reserved labor, permits, deliveries, or completed work. Refund eligibility depends on project stage and costs already committed.
11. Liability Limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Home Refinement Hub’s liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount paid for the specific project involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Terms Updates
These Terms & Conditions may be revised from time to time to reflect operational, pricing, or legal changes. Continued use of our website or services after updates indicates acceptance of the latest version.
